Child Safety & CSAE Policy

DrunkDiary is committed to ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

1. Prohibited Content

Any content involving minors in sexual, suggestive, or exploitative contexts is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, the depiction of minors in any form of sexual activity, the solicitation of minors, and any content that promotes or facilitates the exploitation of children.

2. User Reporting

Users can report inappropriate content or suspicious activity directly within the DrunkDiary app. We review all reports with the highest priority and take immediate action, which may include content removal, account suspension, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

3. Moderation & Enforcement

We actively monitor user-generated content and use automated systems combined with human review to enforce our strict guidelines. Any violation of our child safety policies will result in a permanent ban from our platform and, where required by law, a report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other appropriate regional and national authorities.

4. Cooperation with Authorities

We comply with all applicable global child safety laws and fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in the investigation of any reported incidents involving child safety or CSAE.

5. Strategic Prevention

We are continuously improving our detection algorithms and safety features to prevent harmful content from appearing on our platform. Child safety is a core pillar of our product design and development process.
